My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was decent, but not without its quirks like a noisy air con that took a while to warm up. The highlight was the staff's quick response to removing a spider. Despite some hiccups, the service was exceptional, especially with my allergy during breakfast. The location, although central, had its challenges in accessibility. The dining experience was mixed with a lackluster room service, but the variety at the restaurant made up for it. Overall, the facilities were average.
